1. Principles

BTCMarts aims to disclose material charges before a user confirms a transaction or purchase. Fees may vary by service, amount, location, payment method, liquidity, blockchain conditions, agent channel and third-party costs. The amount shown on the final confirmation screen controls unless there is an obvious error.

2. Bitcoin exchange pricing

A Bitcoin exchange price may include: the reference market price; a BTCMarts spread or margin; a separately stated service fee; blockchain network fees; payment or payout provider charges; and applicable tax. BTCMarts should display either the all-in rate and net amount or a sufficiently clear breakdown before confirmation.

Indicative quotes are not locked. A quote becomes firm only for the validity period and conditions displayed. Partial, late, overpaid, underpaid or delayed transactions may be re-quoted, refunded where feasible, or processed under the applicable order rules.

3. Power-sharing charges

Possible charges include subscription, activation, usage beyond plan limits, deposit, late return, lost device, damage, recovery, delivery or outlet-specific charges. Each charge and renewal basis must be displayed before enrolment. Recurring subscriptions require clear consent and a simple cancellation method.

4. Collectibles and delivery

The checkout total may include item price, customisation, authentication, packaging, insurance, shipping, duties and tax. Seller or marketplace fees must be disclosed to the party paying them. Currency-conversion charges may apply where settlement currencies differ.

5. Activity Keys

The Key price and included access are displayed at checkout. Keys are bought as-is and are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The price does not buy equity, profit rights, guaranteed commissions, guaranteed allocations or defined recurring benefits. Future paid features, renewals or upgrades require separate disclosure and acceptance.

6. Agent registration and commissions

Any agent registration fee must be shown before payment. It is distinct from a Key purchase. The registration-fee refund window and 20% processing deduction are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Commission rates, eligible transaction types, attribution logic, minimum settlement threshold, settlement timetable, reversals and taxes are stated in the current agent schedule or dashboard. Commission is not earned until the qualifying transaction is completed and verified. BTCMarts may withhold or reverse amounts under AML review, dispute, refund, chargeback, fraud or breach.

7. Taxes, changes and errors

Users and agents are responsible for their own tax obligations. BTCMarts may deduct withholding or other tax where required and issue available evidence.

BTCMarts may change prospective fees with notice required by law. A fee change does not alter a completed order. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors before settlement and will explain the available cancellation or re-confirmation route.

8. Fee disputes

Report a fee concern to [BILLING EMAIL] with the transaction reference within 30 days of the statement or receipt, or longer if law requires. Undisputed amounts remain payable. BTCMarts will provide the calculation and correct confirmed errors.

9. Publication schedule to complete

Before launch, BTCMarts must publish actual amounts or formulas for: BTC spreads/service fees; network-fee handling; power-sharing subscription and loss/damage charges; collectible marketplace and delivery fees; Key price; agent registration fee; commission rates; withdrawal threshold; settlement timing; and applicable taxes. Blank or undisclosed fees must not be charged.

Agent registration fee refunds

• A refund request must be received within three calendar months after successful registration.
• A refund is available only where no commission has been issued, credited, paid or made available during that period.
• An approved refund has a 20% processing and administration deduction; the eligible agent receives 80%.
• After three calendar months, or if a qualifying commission has been issued during that period, the registration fee is non-refundable.

Service Keys

Service Keys are purchased as-is and are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. They do not guarantee recurring benefits, commissions, customers, subscription revenue, profit, appreciation, ownership or return of capital.
