Refund & Cancellation Policy

Agent registration fee
- A refund request must be received within three calendar months after successful registration.
- A refund is available only where no commission has been issued, credited, paid or made available to the agent during that period.
- An approved refund is reduced by a 20% processing and administration deduction.
- The eligible agent receives 80% of the registration fee.
- After three calendar months, the agent registration fee becomes non-refundable.
- If a qualifying commission has been issued during the three-month period, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
Service Keys
- Service Keys are purchased as-is.
- Service Key purchases are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Service Keys do not guarantee recurring benefits, commissions, customers, subscription revenue, profit, appreciation, ownership or return of capital.
Cancellations and contact
Verified cancellation procedures and the refund or billing contact must be completed from approved company records before publication.
