Bracketed operator and contact fields must be completed before publication.
1. Purpose and acknowledgement
This disclosure highlights material risks; it does not describe every possible risk. Before using BTCMarts, consider your knowledge, financial position, ability to bear loss and need for professional advice. By confirming a transaction, buying a Key, registering as an agent or using power-sharing or collectibles services, you acknowledge the relevant risks without waiving rights that law protects.
2. Bitcoin and digital-asset risks
Price volatility: Bitcoin can move sharply between quote, payment, confirmation and settlement. You may receive materially less value than expected or lose substantial value.
Irreversibility: confirmed blockchain transfers generally cannot be cancelled. A wrong address, network or amount may result in permanent loss.
Custody and cyber risk: private-key loss, phishing, malware, SIM swap, compromised devices, social engineering, exchange failure and wallet defects can cause loss.
Network risk: congestion, forks, reorganisations, fee spikes, protocol bugs and confirmation delays may affect settlement.
Liquidity and counterparty risk: market depth, banking partners, payout providers or counterparties may become unavailable or fail.
Stablecoin and conversion risk: where used, stablecoins can lose their peg, be frozen, fail technically or face issuer/regulatory action.
Regulatory and tax risk: laws, licences, enforcement, banking access and tax treatment can change rapidly. A service may be suspended or discontinued.
No deposit insurance: digital assets and balances are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance unless expressly stated by an authorised scheme.
3. Transaction and operational risks
Quotes may expire or be corrected for obvious error. Verification or compliance review may delay an urgent transaction. Banks may reverse, hold or reject transfers. Service records can be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, connectivity, power or third-party outages.
Never send assets based only on a chat message, screenshot or agent instruction. Use only the address and reference displayed through the verified BTCMarts transaction flow. BTCMarts personnel should never request your password, authenticator code, seed phrase or private key.
4. Activity Key risks
Keys are purchased as-is and are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. There is no defined recurring benefit and no promise of income, users, commissions, dividends, appreciation, liquidity, transferability, voting rights, ownership or redemption.
Functionality, eligibility, benefits, rules and compatibility may change or end. A Key may have no resale market and may become unusable through regulatory change, account breach, technical obsolescence or permitted suspension. Purchase only for the access utility expressly stated at checkout, not for speculation.
5. Agent risks
Registration does not guarantee customer referrals, transaction volume, commission or recovery of fees. Commission depends on verified qualifying activity and may be reversed for fraud, refund, chargeback, duplicate attribution or rule breach. Agents bear business expenses and taxes and are not employees.
Agents face fraud, impersonation, cash-handling, privacy, security, regulatory and reputational risks. They must not custody customer assets outside approved procedures, promise returns, provide unapproved financial advice, or recruit using misleading claims.
6. Power-sharing risks
Portable batteries can overheat, ignite, leak, swell, shock, damage devices or cause injury if defective, misused, modified, exposed to heat/water, charged improperly or handled with incompatible equipment. Stop use immediately if abnormal heat, smell, noise, swelling, smoke or damage occurs and follow emergency guidance.
Availability, battery capacity, charge speed and condition vary. The service may be interrupted by shortages, outlet closure, grid failure, connectivity or partner performance. Loss or damage charges may apply under disclosed rules.
7. Collectibles risks
Collectible value is subjective and may fall to zero. Authenticity, provenance, condition, scarcity, storage, shipping damage, counterfeiting, intellectual-property disputes and illiquidity affect value. A collectible is not an investment or financial product unless explicitly and lawfully documented otherwise.
8. Scam and safety warnings
Do not disclose seed phrases, private keys, passwords or one-time codes. Independently verify URLs, wallet addresses, agent IDs, transaction references and support contacts. Be suspicious of urgency, guaranteed returns, recovery offers, remote-access requests and requests to pay outside BTCMarts.
For a suspected compromise, stop transacting, secure your email and phone, preserve evidence, contact [SECURITY EMAIL], and notify relevant financial institutions or authorities. Blockchain recovery may be impossible.
9. No advice and acceptance
BTCMarts provides transaction and network services, not personalised investment, legal or tax advice. Historical activity, Cudi ratings, market information, community statements and agent comments do not predict results. You remain responsible for independent decisions.
Confirmation statement: “I understand the relevant risks, can bear potential loss, have verified transaction details, and am not relying on a promise of recurring Key benefits, guaranteed commission or investment return.”
